How to return


Before returning faulty goods, please contact us first via Dressinwedding Customer Service Center to discuss the issues you are having with the merchandise received. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem instead of asking customers to make returns.
If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return or exchange them under our 7 Days Return warranty.

You may follow the following steps to return the merchandise to Dressinwedding.com

1. As long as we confirmed the product defects, our customer service representative will offer you a number for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and with authorized address for return.

2. The pertinent information will be filled in the table for package return from our customer service representative. We shall attach to the feedback email for your easy download. Pleaseclick here and request for the table for return.

3. Please print the table and enclose to the returning package.

4. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box.

5. We shall offer refund service within 2-3 business days after re-examining the return package from Dressinwedding.com QC Team. The related refund will not be proceeded until the acquiring of authorized RMA in the returning package.

Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS which may cost much more.

Please ensure the returning package under following conditions:
Unused;
With Original tags and packaging;
Unwashed;
Unmodified.
